By using DidWhatWhen.com, a service of 3ft9 Ltd, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
- You alone are responsible for the content in your DidWhatWhen account.
- You must keep your account password secure.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack DidWhatWhen.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with DidWhatWhen.com.
- You must not, in the use of DidWhatWhen, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these terms will result in the termination of your account. While DidWhatWhen prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that DidWhatWhen cannot be responsible for the content posted on its website and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the DidWhatWhen.com service at your own risk.
Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the DidWhatWhen.com service for any reason and without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If the modifications constitute a material change we will notify you by email. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
- We reserve the right to refust service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and/or accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms and conditions.
- Content may be syndicated from accounts on DidWhatWhen using the services provided (currently RSS and iCal feeds). This use is accepted. However, pages on other websites which display this data must provide a link back to DidWhatWhen.
Copyright
- We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you post on your DidWhatWhen.com account. You can delete your account at any time.
- DidWhatWhen endeavours to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted in violation of any such laws. To make a claim please provide us with the following...
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
