On January 20th, 2010 at 08:58pm My Diabetes... 4,284 steps, 0 aerobic. Didn't go for a walk today because parts of my legs are aching - think I've overdone it for the past two days.

On January 19th, 2010 at 10:54pm My Diabetes... The step count today is... 12,266 of which 6,764 were aerobic. Aerobic means at least 10 minutes of >60 steps a minute until a 1 minute break, so go me!
On January 18th, 2010 at 11:26pm My Diabetes... My sister got me a pedometer for my birthday, and today was the first day I've worn it. Happy to say that I did 14,096 steps of which 9,740 were "aerobic" (will look at what that means in the instructions at some point). It was just over 4k for the day before I went out walking this evening so an ~80 minute walk is about 10k steps.
